They do not care, if they did his page would be long gone.
They will care to a point. If you pay for something and never receive anything at all, you can message them with proof and usually they will either get the creator to pony up or put the refund into your OF wallet.

In this case it’s trickier, since he’s technically not promising anything specific (despite heavily implying it) and people are receiving something (no matter how crap) for their money. You’d need a LOT of people reporting him to get OF annoyed enough to do anything.

Lordt have mercy. A brand new thread, and still the same thing, lol.

My poor, sweet, sweet muffins. He is never, ever, ever going to show anything. Please stop spending your hard-earned money. This man said when he first opened it that he would NEVER do anything nude. He then reiterated in a later interview that he would NEVER do anything nude. The takeaway: he is NEVER going to do anything nude. This is an extra source of income for him, but far from his only one. He is not so desperate that he needs to go nude. Save your coins, especially since it’s probably just the same pictures over and over.

Now, with that said, I used to says it’s not technically scamming because the captions were always suggestive BUT didn’t actually promise anything explicitly. That’s changed. The company running his page now uses words like “naked” and “jerking” and explicitly promising something they don’t deliver. It’s gone from what could be defended as suggestive captions that are sexy but promise nothing to wildly misleading captions that have an explicit promise. For what it’s worth, I probably would actually agree now with those who say to report it or demand a refund because you actually are not getting what you’re being promised now.

This case is actually pretty simple. The caption said 11 naked show photographs. Underwear is not considered naked. If he held a towel up over himself so you couldn't see if he was naked or not, that would probably slide, but this is cut and dry.

I have seen others mention that OnlyFans tells them no if it's as you said just implying, but this is clear. Also if OnlyFans says no you can just report it to the credit card company and you have a 100% chance of getting the money back. The downside is that OnlyFans will likely close your account.
