Yeah so he's a bit out of shape. Aren't we all at times. His muscles are clearly still there. He just needs to work out. I wonder why he hasn't been working out actually, because he seemed pretty dedicated to it.

I think its one of those things where his looks were the big draw, not the music, regardless of what his dreams were. He worked out to sell the package. And that’s what the audience was really buying.
Now, it’s not that he looks bad, but it looks like he’s maybe not working as hard to maintain the look, so things look a little less defined. Which for the most part is fine, but maybe not if you are now actively trying to sell your looks instead of your music.
Mind you, there are plenty of people for whom his current, less defined look is perfect. Everyone has their own preferences
