Did you change what you were asking for or did he just realize he should be charging more? These people can charge whatever they want. We can say no and move on at anytime. Everybody has a different view of what value is.

You lost me at I didn't change a thing. You said you started paying him for a commission. But, now it sounds like you received something and he paid you back. Is that because he charged you for something that wasn't included in the video request?
Nath agreed to do a private video for him, he paid and then Nath doubled the price, and did not pay him back when he said no to the new much higher price. Saying “this is a lesson for you” blah blah.
Did you report this to OF? If this is what happened it needs to be dealt with.

Go to court? OF might be a scammer's dream, but this is something they would take responsibility for. The more you say the less I understand the situation. Why would you pay? Isn't it better to cut your losses? This does not make sense.
