If he was actually selling them on there then he violated the rules 
he wasn't selling them directly on passes. he was basically using passes as a way to get to people to sell them. just like how you can't sell porn on patreon, but if you make a tier where patrons have access to your private snapchat, then you can sell them nudes through there
That's not how it happened but it doesn't really matter anyways since the admins already said last year that we're not supposed to post or discuss them so it would be better to end this discussion
