It is still common enough in Bailey's age group that it's far from an automatic assumption though

just have to say this is so far from the truth.

I’ve been with guys in the same age bracket as Bailey and quite a few of them actually are cut. So it’s not as rare as people think.

It’s definitely not the majority but it’s definitely a notable percentage.

in australia it's about 20% in the 0-40 age group ... including ethnico-religious circumcisions

significantly lower rates in Victoria for the last 40 years

Bailey's a Xavier old-boy too - they are mostly intact in my experience
