Since I’m on vacation, hanging low with 85mm today, about 3lbs.
I just want to encourage anyone thinking about starting to stretch. I started with tiny little raisins and no sack until 5.5 years ago. Stretched for 3 years and then added pumping to increase size. This is unpumped, haven’t had a chance in over a week.
Don’t get discouraged if your spouse doesn’t understand or approve. Do it for YOU!

How does one start? I looked online and see that even the lightest weights are expensive. Are there any home made ideas for starting out or should one just get the weights and go for it? What's a good starter weight?

I made my own , out of brass , it has a spring lock in place , no screws to fool with , it's 17 OZ
The grove in the center is for the spring lock

I got into stretching a few years ago. From time to time. I love the feeling.
I usually wear 2 stretchers, each being 250gr (about 9oz) and have 1 stretcher being 500gr (about 17oz).
When stretching I stay balls free in my pants. Can't wear the 3 (1kg - 35oz) for very long time.
