Does anyone pump wirh a bathmate extreme9? I pump every other day for 20 minutes. Problem is I'm packing the cylinder. At a 2 1/4 opening that's 7 inch girth! And I'm getting stuck! Plus I'm barely over 7 14 long. Talk about a chode. I dont mind my girth but should I move up to a Bathmate 11 for more room?

I completely can fill the bathmate 9 extreme, lenghthwise. But i quitted my routine. Maybe I switch to the 11 extreme someday…also it is very tight. I used years ago the bathmate goliath. Some weeks ago i searched for the goliath and found it. Used it with the ball handpump and an silicone sleeve from my phallosan device for sealing the habdpump. And this was awesome. Reached the 24.5 cm mark in a few minutes. So probably I would recommend to switch up if you are not feeling good in the pump anymore…
