The level of pressure is much different? who does know the max pressure level of both? thanks

The pressure from the Xtreme model is a lot more intense in comparison to the regular X/Hydromax series. The hand ball allows you to adjust pressure direct vs pushing the pump in towards the pelvis to create tighter suction. I opted out and just got the Hydromax 7 to pair it with my X40 as I didn't want to spend 250+ on another bathmate. I just sized down to the Hydromax 7 this year as I really want to focus on length gains in comparison to girth.

I've also owned multiple bathmates. the xtreme series does have more suction to it, though that also means for your safety you really need to pay attention to any pain signals your body is telling you about, same with "numbness"

I'd say more steady. I'd need to be much more dedicated to consistency as well mind you. I can manage about 2~4 month spurts of consistent use at a time.

You find a rubber grommet the size of the valve and get an oxo wine pump that fits directly over the valve and it makes it an extreme version for under 20 bucks

Wow! It is definitely worth the investment when compared to the cheaper models! I couldn’t believe how much better even the short term temporary results have been, plus they are lasting much longer as well! A lot more pressure, and I like having more control over it with the handball pump attachment.

with hand pump attachment, not really. It seems to come down to your penile conditioning and how much you can handle. Does that make sense?
