@Mr. LPSG - Perhaps there is a cultural or language difference going on with these "Bulge" contests, about the definition of what a man's "bulge" actually is?

For me, a West Coast, USA, phallic-centric man "of a certain age", a "bulge" is what you can see of a man's relaxed, "member" and balls... on a hung man, sitting or standing, and simply wearing pants, underwear, or a swimsuit... perhaps flaccid, or perhaps with a "semi".

I do not think of a "bulge" as what can be seen when a man is purposely, with his hand pulling and pushing on it, to display and draw attention to the size of his cock's erection... Especially if he is wearing "special" fetish undergarments.

What do you guys have to say about that?

I agree with you that two separate contest might have been a idea idea: one for bulges without erection in pants/swimwear/underwear, and one for boners showing through pants/swimwear/underwear. This would have allowed us to have more contests of this kind before repeats would eventually come up, should Mr. LPSG decide to continue having contests after this lockdown is over.
