So here's why it's taking so long, again very sorry.
As I mentioned yesterday, I had to reset my Mac. I wanted to downgrade it to make it a little faster. So I finished the downgrade and before I could do anything else, I was called out to the lake. I got back yesterday and my Mac was working like shit because it no longer supported most of my apps or programs. All of my collections, including OF pages, is in my iCloud Drive which was also not compatible with that version of macOS.
So today, I upgraded to one step up of a newer version. If any of you are familiar, this can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to complete when downloading the macOS, installing it and then completing the setup. So I got to my upgrade and again - iCloud Drive was no longer supported.
I had to upgrade once more, which is what I just finished. My iCloud Drive is 2TB - I have no idea if it's just taking forever to load them all up or if it's just being dysfunctional - but I cannot for the life of me get my iCloud files to upload onto my Mac.
What I tried to do was go to my iPad and batch upload - but it doesn't let me do over 230 items at once. The only way it's working is by me doing it 1 by 1, meaning I also have to download each one to the iPad first. Considering theres 170+ photos and 50+ videos, I do not have the time or patience.
I tried to do it and be patient, but it's just annoying me as sometimes I'm clicking the same item or it tells me unable to connect. I'm hoping my iCloud Drive will come back to life but I need to go continue with my day. I've spent all day since I posted today trying to figure this out and I'm running out of time.
This was what I started. I am not giving up by any means - I'm just hoping that by the time I leave and come back, maybe my files will have loaded. I should've kept my mouth shut until I had them uploaded and ready. Completely my mistake.
