I have plenty of experience dealing with ball suck, usually with cylinders that are slightly too big in diameter. The extra tightness at the entrance when using a sheath should reduce ball suck unless you pump to really high vacuum pressures.
Otherwise you'll just have to wedge the cylinder base firmly between your balls and cock underside, press firmly as you pump so that the skin isn't sucked in too much, I had to do this with my Bathmate Goliath which was way too big for my cock.

has anyone ever tried this one out? would it be helpful for gaining some inches in length and girth ? i never used one before. Just wanted to try gaining some inches for the boner .. This pump kinda looks weird but idk if it'd be helpful. help and suggestions are needed please.

My first pump was like this. The rubber squeeze bulb developed cracks and broke after a few days, so I'd go for a different design if possible.

I tried LeLuv based on some recommendations here. We are at day 27 after ordering and I havent received it here in Canada. I have received lots of other non pump related things from Cali in 4 days. Quite disappointed. Back to the drawing board for an over wide pump....
