Best NYC Apartment Buildings for Voyeurs

I currently live in NYC and would consider myself a bit of a voyeur, but the apartment I’m in right now, downtown, doesn’t really give me any good views.

I’ve been considering moving to Hell’s Kitchen where I know there are a lot of high rises, and wondering if anyone has any recommendations of buildings where “the views” would be really good.

I’m also a bit of an exhibitionist so it would work both ways .

I've been surprised how private people are. I think I'm the only one that walks around naked and jerks without closing my blinds. I'm in Midtown and have tons of windows -- haven't seen anything. Good luck! Ha

This is a hot fantasy but seems hard to find or manufacture.

There's a recurring post on Doublelist from a guy who supposedly has a neighbor who regularly jerks off with his blinds open.

The closest I can report is being drawn nude and hard with a big, ostensibly closed college building across the street. Mid-pose I saw someone, possibly a security guard, walking by. Obviously have no idea what if anything he saw.

One with a patio with ample space to bate or have sex. 2 way windows so that you can see them see you watching porn. Strategicly positioned to face directly to another apartment floor (and distance between are near)
One of the cons is wary residents, so get one from a 50 building complex. Your apartment size should be visible enough to be viewed without a camera, but not too far to be enjoyed by the masses. E.g do not get a "skycraper" looking apartment. If you had to go patioless, get one with a big window without building pillar or walls to obstruct it. (for better effect, one whole side is a window.
