Should be 48 or 72 hrs after you make the account, youll be able to have "private convos" from a button on people's profiles. If you verify i think it enables immediately but youre almost at the 48h mark already anyway

You should click on "Start conversation" under the name of the member you would like to speak to, but I can't do that with your nickname, so you might not be authorized yet ;-)
