I think hydrocele, silicone, saline, and pumping are actually quite obvious visually.

Hydrocele is a discombobulated sack with one huge ball and one much smaller ball.

Silicone, saline, and pumping are pretty obvious where the ball sack is always inflamed and reddish. The balls also don’t really have any division. It just looks like one big lump of a sack, a huge uniball really.

And, ball stretching is fine, that doesn’t actually change the size of the testicles in any unrealistic or unnatural way. They’ll just hang lower and the hang will become permanent so it’s not a big deal.

Only reason I’m not a fan of hydrocele, saline, silicone, or pumped balls is due to their unnaturalness. As a guy who has giant all-natural testicles, it feels a little insulting to me. Not really sure why, I guess I feel like unless the balls are naturally big, then faked big balls just cheapen the experience. Same goes for big dicks really, I’m here because I have one and I’m here to see the real deal, not a facsimile.

Sorry to hear man! I knew hydroceles were abnormalities, but I didn’t know they could actually be harmful to the testicles. I don’t know what I’d do if something detrimental like that happened to my big beauties, I really prize having my huge balls.

They were tender. After surgery my left nut was half the size of the other. I have never been a big guy, but it is little.

I measured them like 12 years ago, when I was 20 but...they’ve grown since then. I’ve always had massive testicles. Thankfully, nothing wrong with them, they’re just naturally very large (it runs in the family). But unfortunately since I last measured so long ago, I don’t even remember what the measurements were.

I had a physical before I went to live overseas a decade ago and the doctor decided to measure my balls with an orchidometre because of their very noticeable size. But, each of my testicles were at least twice the size of even the largest bead on the orchidometre (highest it went was 25 mL), so it was a wasted effort haha.

It is only one ball that is huge so I suspect you are right.
