Luke is kinda an asshole to Matt. Dismisses his hearing impairment, and tells him that it doesn't matter or it's not important what people said to repeat it to him. So Matt is left not knowing full conversations.
Also, I think if under different circumstances in the house, Matt and Kirsten would be fucking.
I don't understand why people are only focusing on Luke with this. They all do it. Also it isn't their responsibility to be sure Matt can hear. BB should have provided better accomodations.

Matt specifically called out Luke in his conversations more than once with Kirsten. So evidently Luke is worse than others. I know don't what other accommodations they could provide for him. I guess expecting the other houseguests to treat him with a little compassion is too much for some people.
It's more than. Enough for Matt to complain about to it Kirsten multiple times. I think most of the house kinda ignores his disability, Luke seems more of an ass about it. Kirsten has treated him the best.
