I never understood why they tried to market Big Brother here in Australia as a 'Family' show. Wish they ran it like the UK version were the daily shows were screened in the night time (later than 8.30pm) and were fully uncensored the way Big Brother is suppose to be.

I remember once after Chanel 9 axed it that Chanel 7 & SBS were considering to buying the rights to bring it back but i never heard anything after the original rumour

Should be like BB American version. I think Aussies might like it coz it's kinda similar with survivor & survivor is quite popular in Australia I believe. We gave 24/7 live feeds unlike UK with just snippets. Can't wait for BB Canada! More hit hung guts I hope! Yay!

Been from the UK I obviously love our version the best as the voting is left upto the viewing public & Not the housemates. plus we show nudity ect. But I did download the Australian version & Used to like it & Was gutted when it got cancelled again. I do download the US & Canada versions & there good but I wish it was on later so they would not cut out the swearing & Nudity
