I understand your pov. It's true that censorship on Bing's image generator can be frustrating. However, there are also many reasons why this is happening.

1-) Bing's investors would likely be unhappy if the image generator were used to create images that are offensive, harmful, or illegal. Advertising could also be negatively affected if Bing were associated with an image generator that is used to create inappropriate content.

2-) Many users do not want to see images that are offensive or harmful. Censorship helps to protect these users from distress or even physical harm.

3-) Censorship can help to protect the personal safety of people. For example, if someone were able to create a realistic image of a famous person, that image could be used to deceive people or to steal their identity. As for the photos of Henry Cavill, it's true that they look fake. However, even fake images can be harmful to people. If someone were to create a fake image of a naked person, that image could be used to embarrass or humiliate the person. To dehumanize them.

4-) Censorship helps to protect children. Children are especially vulnerable to harmful or dangerous content, and censorship helps to keep them safe.

5-) Censorship helps to protect Bing's reputation. If Bing were associated with an image generator that is used to create inappropriate content, it could damage the company's reputation.

If I just turn the safe search off and ask bing image search for "extreme gay fisting bdsm" or "Hillary Clinton fake porn", the results I get are apparently fine for Bing reputation and children. But if I go instead to Bing image creator and ask for "A young woman in a bikini dances in front of her male friends, view from behind", I get a red message menacing with suspension. Thanks censors, children are safe!

Using Bing chat instead of the image creator page, and going off of your prompt, I changed it to:

"create 4k image of young college age male equestrian, posing in a barn house preparing horse to ride, looking over his shoulder towards the camera while brushing a horse. He is wearing cream-colored leggings with a lacy rear, high boots. hyper-realistic"

and got this:

Eyes are a little messed up, and that waist looks impossible, but hey, lol. I just added the "brushing a horse" bit to make sure it'd actually make him stand next to a horse, but you could probably tell it to do other actions. Also it took like 4 tries before it actually spit anything out, so your mileage may vary.

If you’re referring to the AI thread dedicated to Tom Holland I don’t know for certain. The thread has been deleted but I don’t know if that automatically means Tom is now considered prohibited content. Someone could’ve possibly posted something so egregious that admin was forced to nuke the entire thread. I’ve seen it happen before. Or it’s possible the thread was just too realistic for some. The images were so damn good you could mistake them for real porn if you didn’t know any better. lol
