Not in the last few days but that's maybe because it seems to be a recurring thing with Bing so I've compensated for it in my prompts. I don't use shirtless anyway, I just "give Bing something to do" by having the guy wear a necklace. That way Bing is happy he isn't completely naked and I'm happy because he's shirtless
But yeah, Bing seems to cycle through certain censorship items. I remember a while back I suddenly got suspended for 1 hour for using bikini (as in bikini briefs) when the day before I'd been able to use it no problem and a week later it was again fine to use.

Yeah, that sounds familiar. I have prompts which only work if he's wearing a certain colour or they need a "double colour" (forest green, navy blue) I've stopped trying to figure it out and just work with it

Yes it was new created from scratch. I try to place them in a natural setting. Ask bing for suggestions on tasks for your character.

No problem at all. You don't have to ask for "shirtless" but using other words like "wearing jeans" (often the AI will give you shirtless with jeans trousers) or adding "hairy/smooth chest" so the AI will show you that.
I made a series of beach images with guys just asking for them to be "on a beach" and the AI made most of them shirtless although I didn't actually ask for it!
You can also try to ask for "swimming trunks" but it doesn't always work...

This old prompt works fine (and this is an extremely tame image)

If I change it from a blue shirt to a red shirt and make the background red, it takes it

If I try to change the color of the lighting or put his hands on his hips, it gets blocked

tried building a prompt from scratch, gradually adding stuff, got this far, wouldn't get his shirt off

However it has no problem with a resused prompt like this.

Guess I'm going to have to go through old stuff for the time being
