I get most of my prompts now just simply by copy pasting an image into copilot and asking it to "Write the prompt that will generate the attached image please"
Obviously it won't do it for all images so you can forget anything too naked but that's just tweaking afterwards.
It's not full proof but it'll give you a place to start and some ideas on how it works and what it "sees" and needs from a prompt

It also allows you to use many different images, settings, clothes, etc. as inspiration so we don't end up with the same 3 prompts being endlessly repeated to make the same images over and over again.
