I've had excellent success, but this is not the thread for those postings. Virile Reality or other models required... for example, just rendered, exactly as ordered in a short prompt:

And the picture that it gave me was a guy's cock. That's it. not even a second person.

It's all in how you write the prompt as with every AI render. Here's what I got using "two handsome men performing mutual masturbation and sex"

Of course, you have to tweak it and try several renders as always.

It is a little hit and miss, but I asked for Nick Jonas in the x-men movies and got these after a couple of tries.

It's also smart to check the different AI models, not all of them works on every prompt.
I like to find a good model with my most basic prompt to test them out quickly, then start adding or removing details in my prompts.

Ah, I see I can actually just choose Virile Reality from the menu, but would it work better if I had the plugin?

Tensor.Art also has the Virile Reality plugin and seems to do less of those weird deformed bodies, but it's hard to convince it to include more than one person.
