Stable diffusion is better, but a lot more difficult to use. You can't simply go to the website and begin prompting images, it's more involved than that.

I tried tweaking some of the wording and then tried writing the prompt from scratch. Got some interesting results. Some good, some laughable. Got a LOT of dogs. About 5-6 dogs for every one, it almost became predictable and then it just became a kennel of dogs (or I just got tired of trying). I'm sure someone with a lot more patience and skill can get a bit more skin than I managed to get.

Unless they’re a celebrity you won’t have much luck with Bing. It pulls from search page results. I’ve even tried micro instagram celebrities because I was curious how obscure it could go and didn’t get any good results.
