I don't know if I could be much of help but I know when I try with my first email it didn't really send nothing to me. So I end up using a different email and then apparently it sent to that one so I don't know you may have to use a different emails to make accounts with them until one actually has something sent to it.
It still isn't working, can u try setting up a alt for me please bc whenever I try to register it says it temporarily down
