BWN is not necessarily putting out the best content at the moment and other studios still lack black talent

He was actually set to be wrestling on BWN 4 years ago, he even filmed a video promoting his return ( I can upload it later if anyone wants to see)
This obviously never happened. There have been quite a few promised guys that have not come back or even debuted. I have even tried to set people up with BWN and it would fall through. I have also noticed that the Owner reaches out to A LOT of Hunky Black guys, if you know a hunky black guy on Instagram or Twitter, he has probably been asked to appear on BWN (I’ve seen him ask Brian Pumper and GeminiAesthetics).
And lets be honest, a lot of the new guys and most of the guys who keep returning aren’t really guys you would see on a Chocolate City tour. I think there are only 3 consistent guys left that I like and they either now bore me or are not maintaining their bodies like they used to (A personal thing with me and paysites).
I have my theory’s about the lack of talent, the main one being money, another one being that I heard the owner is hard to work with and the other I won’t share publicly as I have no proof and don’t want to throw out accusations.

I've also been disappointed in BWN. I subscribed for a while and there are some great matches there, but then they would go for weeks without any updates, and it seems like they are increasingly more focused on their (greatly overpriced) PPV events at the expense of regular site updates.

Yeah it makes no sense how overpriced those PPVs are. Wrestling PPV’s are AT MOST 60$. I’ve talked to the owner and he said sales fare good but charging 75-300$ for a prerecorded PPV says otherwise in my opinion.
Do you think there’s a way to let Musclewrestling, Wrestle4hire and Bgeast, especially know about frustration over lack of diversity?

I’m sure e-mailing them wouldn’t hurt, but they would probably come back with some version of “They have a hard time finding them”. Both Thunders and Wrestler4hire got black guys very recently (The one for W4H just went pro so don’t expect him to return.)
