I believe he was a "personal trainer" to some rich older guy who took him in when he moved back to the US after his breakup with Heston. They used to travel and Blake would post photos and stories with him, but I think they had a falling out because Blake has deleted all traces of him on Instagram. I'm guessing their arrangement wasn't going to work anymore after he became serious with Matt.
I found a picture of the guy in this thread, but can't remember his name for the life of me.

The rich old guy in which he is the personal trainer of which I will assume extends far from that, is not actually Jacob Helberg but his husband Keith Rabois. He has an estimated net worth of 1 billion dollars. This was caused mostly by his friendship with Peter Thiel.
There is actually some interesting tea behind Theil and Rabois' friendship during their olden days at Stanford. Its all at datalounge.

Gays like this only care about themselves. Also, you gotta laugh at him thinking Republicans would reverse inflation. Trump’s tax cuts for the rich is actually one of the reasons we’re dealing with such inflation! But mostly the inflation is the result of the pandemic’s impact on supply chains and Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, both of which are out of either party’s control and why the entire world is dealing with severe inflation, not just the US. Americans don’t realize how lucky we have it compared to most countries in Europe when it comes to the current inflation.
