I keep finding that the moderation bot will stick that on nudity in general, and they aren't very responsive to appeals. I've given up on fighting it, I just post and ignore the labels.

That may have something to do with your settings. The auto-labels always correctly match the labels I apply on my posts

I hate when accounts use the "graphic media" label instead of the adult content/nudity one. Graphic media is like gore and stuff

The labels don't matter, the content does. I have seen many accounts that use both with content that is not gore, I guess the system is not entirely clear, what they consider, I don't know.

The labels automatically applied by moderation.bsky.app. I've learned the hard way to auto-hide the "graphic media" labeled content.
