I used to train in the same gym as Chris and the scar is 100% his own fault. He was laughing his arse off saying that the surgeon wanted him to take 4-6 weeks off of the gym to recover or he might rip the stitches. He kept saying that as a PT he knew more about body movement and stretching than the doctor did and so went straight back to the gym. His exact words were something like "You stick to the cutting and stitching and I'll stick to the actual body performance hahaha"
It was no surprise to anyone when his stitches burst during a training session and he had to get it sorted on the NHS (with great difficulty).

He is actually a very sweet guy and is incredibly approachable and friendly. But yes, whatever pops in to his head at any given instant suddenly becomes gospel. If he ever does any research in to anything it’s only every confirmation bias.
