I usually like beards, but I can't figure out why it's not working on him.
It's because they need to blend/fade it more, so that you can't notice the beard starts near his ears.
Wel then, somebody needs to tell him 'cause I want him back to his usual hotness.

I personally think the shaved head would work a lot better with a stubble, not a full beard. Not that it really matters, he’s still so hot.

After seeing him on CNN's New Year's Eve show last night, people on Twitter asked when did Boris Sanchez morph into PittBull.
Also nobody else pointed it out, so maybe it is just my interpretation, but both Andy and Anderson seemed like they not into him at all last night.
