Hes also already going gray which may be genetic or a sign of stress.

Yes they do, lets not act like being 30 is like being 50, and we know he takes steroids and people who takes steroids years after years do look 10x time older than those who don’t

Uh... no? white people who are outside a lot and are exposed to the sun tend to look like that, I'm 30 and there were a fuck ton of ppl in my 10 year reunion who looked like they were way older than I do.
I have a thread dedicated to him on my private discord server, dude was a firefighter. It took him years to gain his physique, if he was using steroids he wasn't using them right. Even if he wasn't using in the past, he could start using steroids to retain the physique he had in his firefighter days, but he still only has one symptom.
I just think it's far more likely that he works out in the sun, causing his skin to age. It's more likely he's depressed or stressed out, going gray. Hell I know people who started losing hair in their late 20's.
but also... this conversation is pointless because him using steroids doesn't matter to us, he's just hot and makes porn which are the only two reasons for this thread to exist
