I totally get that but they are used to it. You have nothing to lose but the cash you paid, their customer service doesn’t know you. All they can say is no but don’t let thieves walk away like that. They will continue to do it. If you steal $100 from a stranger in person you’d be arrested. Just because it’s not face to face doesn’t make it less of a crime to steal. I’m sorry that’s happened to y’all.
