You said it’s at least 9 or 9.5. That’s pure conjecture as my measurement estimate would be.
In response to your comment about him knowing his size he is on record as saying 4 different sizes so it seems to me that he somewhat makes it up! As such - it’s beyond likely that he exaggerates.
