While we all know this is unlikely to lead where we all want it to. This implies he is subscribed to other creators and I like to think its gay men he's subscribed to. Of course the realistic part of me recognizes this really means "We at the managing company have used this trick to some success on other pages so give us money."
You are right, it's not him who writes the messages, they all have the same agency and a lot of the messages are worded similarly. It's sad that he's going to get a lot of tips to show what he already shows.
