i saw that, kinda weird but hes a rowland so I'm not surprised

i'm sure it has more to do with the fact that it's easier to scam people if there are no identifying tattoos. he can use anyone's body once lasering is done. and it's easier to Photoshop tattoos out of a pic than it is INTO one

Even if it was for $200 it would not be what is implied. Make it expensive so they will think it is good is a common tactic.
