Bravo's Below Deck

I'd see Keith getting Bosun before Chase if that were the case, but you never know. According to Aesha on WWHL there was drama with Chase and Danni eventually breaking up after being together for over a year. They ran from some sailboat repairman they didn't pay. I'd be curious about the full story.

I'm all for it too. I see A LOT a lot quitting/terminations coming!!! Sorry, but I don't see your sous chef making it... 😬😬
I don't think the sous-chef is the problem. Only one episode in, and the chef is already annoying me like hell. I really don't like her. Kudos to him for remaining that calm, I would have exploded big time already.

Every guy (even the girls) in the new season is hot!

Sous chef is probably the one being fired. 30 min in the first episode and already a terrible attitude and his ego is the size of the boat.
The chef you mean? She is the one who has a terrible attitude and an ego the size of the boat. The problem is she can cook, so they won't get rid of her.

The whole situation seems/is horrible for Chase and Aesha shouldn't have spread misinformation via WWHL, but Andy loves to have people fling shit for viewership. At least Aesha/Chase had a conversation and she apologized. The Chase/Danni situation had to be very stressful for both of them with everything going on.

But they haven't even given him a whisper of a chance that's the problem. Her immediate attitude was you're below me, you're probably shit, you're not cooking anything

When she asked Anthony to tell her his strengths and weaknesses, I just cringed. Every idiot conducting an job interview that asks that question shows just how stupid and lazy they are. There are no good answers for that question in any interview. If she wanted to find out what he was good at, just ask him that.

I didn't like her last season and not impressed out the gate. BTW, she made gazpacho soup as part of the "around the world tasting menu" and said it was from Italy! Seriously?

In a kitchen their most definitely are good and bad answer. Just for example if he is weak at sushi but strong at pastry then she knows that he would do a good job with making a cake but will need extra supervision when making a japaneese main course.

Yes, it wasn't the throw-away question of a job interview. It was an opportunity for him to honestly share his areas of expertise and areas where he would like to improve. Good at everything? Really? No room for improvement anywhere? As a sous chef he should regard the chef as a mentor who wants to help him grow; instead he created an unnecessary rift between them and that's showing up in her subsequent behavior toward him.

The content of the answer doesn't really matter. It just exists to show that the candidate can evaluate their ability and show humility and willing to be vulnerable to share a weakness.
