Ah, but then why not exploit the women a little?
Depending on the age demographic, if the viewers watching are primarily adolescent or teenager, they probably don't want a traditional HBO show that is overtly sexualized, but moreso of a CW-esque show that is sexy, but not very sexual, if that makes sense.

Well they certainly achieved that...lol

Pretty sure these season splits are just because Netflix has less big stuff coming so they have to split it up so they can prolong the interest. Think they are doing the same with You.

Oh wow really? How do we get it in UK then? I reckon same applies to HBO but it probably means I won't be seeing it anyway

My money is on the new CEO having had them scrub it. I feel he's aiming to clean up and out HBOs image so it's more in line with his image post merger ...which I think he's going to make more family friendly, less diverse, more reality oriented and probs go to turn way down anything sexual. Which will probs end up costing him his job eventually but also dooming any scripted show in the process. I personally would of just kept two different streaming services so HBO could keep its edge and deliver us some steam Nightwing content

I respectfully disagree. House of the Dragon is the most successful show on the network and trust me when I say that the infamous "Dance of the Dragons" will quite possibly be the bloodiest bloodbath since the "Battle of the Bastards". So watering down the sex and violence and making the network more family friendly will a terrible business decision that will ultimately cost the network millions. Titans is an adaptation of characters from DC Comics with a fanbase of mainly adolescent, teenage straight boys. Whereas, House of the Dragon is the adaptation of characters from A Song of Ice and Fire with a fanbase of mainly Generations X and Y with an almost even amount of male and female viewers of mostly woke, White liberals (hence the newfound diversity of ethnic characters with non-slave related backgrounds). Whatever the demographic of the show, in order to be successful, the show needs to reflect the perspectives and ideologies of said demographic.

Joshua Orpin was shirtless for a few seconds at the start of the last episode. That be it.
At least we had a brief ass scene with Joshua Orpin last season and Curran Walters when Jason got resurrected

I disrespectfully disagree with you. Catering to demographics is exactly what is ruining shows and could be said what ruined network tv. I disagree that the demo is adolescent boys for Titans (or any DC show for that matter)....That said it might skew younger but I don't feel retooling shows for a certain demographic is going to work to draw in more subs...Like I feel there are just as many older people tuning in to see Brenton's bootycheeks as there young people for the plot...hahaha

I don’t understand why people are bitching about this season having no nudity. They aren’t going to just throw in some nudity for no reason. At what point during this season would nudity be appropriate? I could understand the complaining if there was a sex scene or even a shower scene and there was no nudity but there’s been none of that. Go watch some soft-core porn if you want storylines based on getting people nude.

Agreed. I find this season to be an improvement after the previous ones. So every time I watch an episode I’m actually invested in it I’m not even noticing the lack of nudity. Although I still do check out the butts.

More to the point. I can’t understand the amount of people in this forum who seem to based what they watch on whether a hot actor goes shirtless or nude.

Well, I could say a mouthful.
Throwing nudity on the screen for no reason would(and should) be a nice way of compensating for the terrible storylines/writing.
But they don't even want to do that this season.
And I don't base what I watch on people getting nude. It's always just an added bonus.
For Titans it's not just the nudity, it's the violence/language factor as well. It feels more like a CW show now.
They have stripped it of all the trimmings.
And still, even on CW shows like Arrow, The Flash..they got shirtless every other episode.
