He knows how to maximize lighting and angles for sure, but in some other lighting and angles (like outdoors) he looks much more of a 'normal' size (for his height obviously), especially in the chest and deltoid areas.
I've also seen some of the rare shirtless pics earlier in this thread. IDK how old they are (don't think they're that old) but that is so not roided-looking. To me just looks like a guy who works out.
Since nobody likes that convo, that's all I'll say, I just wanted to say my 2c on that
