Act 2. He first takes his pants off for his sex scene with Luke. But you don’t see much. But you see Luke full strip off slowly and show his naked body to Jude (James). Once he’s out of bed he walks around close to the onstage seats and slowly Dresses again.

Later on in Act 2 in the flashback scenes of rape & abuse James goes proper full frontal. Standing fully at the front and he strips. And runs around stage in a circle a lot. So his penis moves in motion. Probably naked for about 10 mins.
