Being going on in the soaps this week. Eastenders wise, the seeds look like they are being planted some more between Johnny & Callum (Johnny tries to kiss Callum next week). Charlie Suff & Tony Clay, god they’re both stunningly gorgeous :heart_eyes:

Meanwhile in Emmerdale, Aaron (Danny Miller) has hooked up with newcomer John (Oliver Farnworth), who so happens to be Aaron’s ex husband Robert’s half brother…

I'm more of an EastEnders guy but Johnny/Callum just reeks of laziness.
Aaron/John kind of does too but Oliver Farnworth is fucking gorgeous. I really hope Emmerdale don't fuck up the character though.

With Johnny/Callum, I reckon they’ll go down the route of they always liked/fancied each other for years (Callum being around the Carters, pre coming out for both). Just hope it’s not the case of Johnny keeping Callum sweet because he’s sniffing around Keanu’s death at Xmas

With Aaron/John, John seems to have a bit of a sinister agenda (after seeing today’s episode early). Btw, Aaron has now had 3 of the 4 Sugden siblings. Just needs Andy to return to the Dales to complete the set. No doubt he’s thought about it too, I wouldn’t blame him

I was thinking this Andy’s return is definite now just because Aaron has to sleep with hiM

Wonder whether John’s arrival is going to signal the return of Robert aka Aaron having to choose which Sugden he wants (or could just be a case of the producers tried to get Robert back, but as that ain’t happening, hence the arrival of John)?

I’ve always thought Aaron has had insane chemistry with Mack, the cheeky flirtiness, the sexual tension is off the scale

I think maybe John was introduced because they couldn't get Robert back at first but mostly, I assume it was the writers wanting to rebuild the Sugdens.

Do find it intriguing that Emmerdale have suddenly remembered Aaron & Mack are mates now John’s on the scene. Who knows, maybe they’re going down that route with Mack. Aaron choosing between John & Mack perhaps?
