I think some guys just do it for quick cash. They don't plan to make it their careers. I know he either was or still is in the military. Plus, he has a girlfriend that he's committed to and isn't gay or bi. As such, I think the only way to get more of him is via his OF.

if he were totally str8, dont think he would be down with the "meetup" type stuff as described earlier. Plus, doubt his gf would be if they were really 100% committed. Something doesnt add up there.
