If it's something one wouldn't like in a sober mind, it is an addiction. It has nothing to do with homophobia or transphobia because I feel the same way about people who like depraved content. That's something people tend to reach for when they have an unhealthy relationship with sex due to an addiction, depression, or other illnesses.
