Butt Injections Guys With Fake Butts?

I have a friend of a similar age to mine who had buttocks enlargement.
His buttocks were quite flat before the procedure, but not terrible.
To feel more attractive, he had fat transferred to his buttocks, although he didn't have much of it, but some of it was transferred.
