Nope, it's a "bot," basically someone hired by an agency to respond to DMs and increase revenue (and their commission.) Part of the pitch these agency managers use to either get these guys to create an OF in the first place or to let them run their existing one.

He's obviously a scammer. I believed him when he said he was having issues with OF approving his content but he's been posting pictures on his feed and apparently I'm not the only one who paid for a custom without receiving anything in months.
