Yep, that’s pretty much it. Shawn and Cam dating is just a loooong running joke cause they’re the most flamboyant of the Magcon boys and the only ones to this day still have not had a girlfriend (though Cam is several years older)... Shawn also had a little song called “Cameron Dallas is My Boyfriend” lol... but who knows, maybe Cam put out for all the Magcon guys... I’m sure there’s a Wattpad for every scenario.
There was also Aaron Carpenter, but that never seemed too sexual, more like little bro vibes... still there’s 100 pics of them being close and hugging, so people can draw their own conclusions. (On a side note, I don’t think they ever had a huge falling out but Aaron stopped living with and hanging out all the time with Cam around the time Chris moved in and the substance abuse became apparent).
Now if you want all they guys Cam has flirted with through the years... now that’s an epically long list.

It was a rumor that him and Nash hooked up or had a thing for awhile as well. Wouldn't be surprised. Feels like after Nash started doing his own things, him and Cameron drifted apart and Cameron went down hill. They did a few fashion shows together in 2018 together, but yeah

I'm not sure if people even care that cam is in rehab, because I haven't seen it reported anyone
I wonder if that actually bugs him a little (because he keeps leaving clues) that his celebrity only goes so far and doesn’t create a ripple when he disappears for weeks. I mean, there are entire gossip youtubers and websites that talk all day long about influencer drama of people I’ve never heard of, yet Cam can’t generate enough interest apparently even with 20M followers.
Obviously a personal time for him, and a normal person would probably want all the privacy they could get, but Cam’s entire career is built on attention seeking and being seen (good or bad a headline is publicity).
I’d like to see that happen too... not sure why he was relegated to the influencer section... he’s not an insta thottie with a few thousand followers selling hair pills and getting paid to party. He makes his living as a professional model and had a Netflix series.

Cameron started out as social media star but unfortunately he hasn't been able to cross over into any other field other than social media which as you know has a limited self life
He's tried to via his not so successful reality series and his non existent music career,
He looks like he's coming to near the end (unfortunately) of his self life, maybe he can't cope or deal with it , maybe it contribute to his upcoming court case and now rehab stint :/ it's sad to watch it happen,

plenty have done modelling, acting, and been in reality tv. all because they became popular enough on the internet to get those gigs.
