Charlie Sheen actually used to be really attractive in his youth. Not ugly at all. However, he ruined himself and his looks with drugs, alcohol, hookers and blow. By the time he's in his 40's, if Cameron doesn't shape up now, that's where he's headed. Maybe not as bad, but close.
