Cameron Kasky

Would definitely stay away from it. I like the guy, I find him cute, but he's always complaining and after a time it starts to irritate me.
To be honest, I actually liked the guy at first when I started following him after what reading about what had happened to his school. But ever since he left MFOL and then dropped out of college, he has since become this washed up activist who has become bitter about every little thing that’s going on (even if it is a positive thing) and is now using his unlikely fame for a Hollywood career that may not be worth it in the end. Sad because he may have had a bright future ahead of him if he ego didn’t get in the way. He is like slowly becoming the Morrissey of activism.

This is probably the closest will ever get him to make an onlyfans.

To be honest, I don’t know how to feel about him asking to pay for a weekly blog service. So much for calling out other activists for “selling out”.
For those prices he better be writing about how to find the lost city of Atlantis and where to find ancient water bending scrolls.

I haven’t really seen much he’s written other tweets.

His Twitter suggest it would mostly be him endlessly whining about absolutely everything, especially Democrats. But maybe in long form he can be a bit less lame and tedious.

At the very least for that price he can stick in some pictures of himself looking like a needy bottom.

The man has good insight on things and is a good writer. I'm glad I subscribed. Calling him a 'sellout' for asking for a substack subscription is ridiculous. Loads of people do that. It's not hurting anybody.

He suffered unimaginable trauma what, four years ago at this point, and is out there living his life, making a name for himself. It's hard enough to make a decent living in the US right now, and the planet is going to be a smoking ball of shit in 15 years. Let the man do what he wants.

He is just the epitome of the type of youth activism nowadays. Very whiny. All-or-nothing. No compromise. Nothing is good enough of a progress. That is why most youth movement does not get any meaningful results. Sunrise movement in the US against Solar farm. Greta against nuclear power.

This was a ride
From.his thing
Anyways, I’m also single. And my heart yearns for something resembling love. I have so much of it to give; I just wish somebody could find it in them to love me back. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I get that I’m a little bizarre, but I didn’t think it was THAT bad. I’m confident I’ve experienced true love before, and it’s the greatest feeling on earth. Having someone to text in the morning and call before bed is the best thing in life.

You say this but not everything should be compromised.

Civil, woman or gay rights were slowly won over decades, decades by compromising, accepting a win while you can and nudging the public towards acceptance.
ah yes all rights that are being stripped or going to be stripped away soon. I guess we should compromise to get them back too lol

There are 2 big things in America which we definitely have to fight with all our power; First Abortion, Second trans rights and security. But it has to be a serious effort. In real life, we have to make allies to get things done. We have to make these things politically advantageous for the politicians so that they work for it in the Congress, in the Senate and the Government.

Sarcasm and whining is fun on social media but its not going to do anything to change a lawmaker's mind. Rather they get annoyed and make prejudices against the just causes and movements. What Kasky and others do, indirectly affects the fight for justice badly, even if in a minor way.

That's a poor excuse to continue reactionary politics. We are at the tipping point of various turning points that don't allow for centricism or 'good enough' progress.

He called out Christian Walker in response to Christians hissy fit because Kehlani forewarned the Starbucks baristas after she saw one of Christians daily drive thru meltdowns behind her in the drive thru. He gets a point for that. How is Christian not embarrassed of himself?

Cause that gay just thrives on attention. He's a whiny bitch cause his father never loved him and he's more unhinged now that it's public his CTE father has a bunch of secret spawns

Sure. Do whatever you think it is "good" politics and get some results. Big emphasis on the results. Good luck! Prove to us, the older generation, that your method works. Talk is cheap.
