I think the issue comes down to respect for your audience. There are two very distinct types of OF straights, and they’re the ones who know their audience and post consistently good content and the ones who are solely in it to make coin and have no respect for the actual work they’re doing or the people paying them for content. It’s kind of a “be grateful I’m posting content” vs a “I’m grateful to have followers” mentality. Sowder is obviously the first of those two.
