I don’t follow that egomaniac anymore lol. The way he talks down to people - specifically the gay community - is disgusting. I hope no one gives them their money. And if they do I hope they leak every piece of content they purchase.

Well, you clearly don't know much about bodybuilding. You start losing muscle at around two weeks of no training. You can push it a month if your diet is optimal. But he took 74 days off with one meal a day. Of course, he lost a lot of muscle.

You don’t lose that much muscle that fast unless you are on something but anyways I will not argue be a great day
