Anyhow, to answer your question and finish my statement its seems the consensus from what i have heard form other "jelqers" and websites, and it seems that they all agree that you shouldnt come a few hours prior to jelqing or a few hours after jelqing.

Jelqing is sort of an intense whack off to lengthen your schlong, and is awfully tender thereafter. My personal advice, don't pull your pud for at the very least a day as you might experience some broken blood vessels .

touchmyrod: well that included warm ups and stretching and everything, the actualc jelquing part was only about 30 mins
I personally do 20min of jelq followed by 20 min girth work in the morning so a total of 40 min which is fine if you are conditioned for it, definately not for the newbie. I usually do a stretching routine in the evening but I really do not need any more length as the 9 1/4" I have attained seems to be enough for me and of course there is the time issue.
As far as ejaculating before or after, there is no concrete proof that this effects gains. The reasoning behind the standard 3 hours before or 3 hours after is the release of Prolactin into the system. This hormone effectively shuts the blood flow to the penis thus creating the refactory period which in theory will not help the penis to heal properly. That being said some guys are up to bat shortly after ejaculating such as myself so it depends on the individual I suppose.
