I found it while doing reverse image searches with one of his photos, but I can't find the exact source or a better version of this image even after using Google Lens, Yandex, TinEye and other similar sites. It says "PackinPapi" on the lower left corner, and there is a 2007 porn movie by the name Packin' Papi, but Titan isn't featured in it. There was also a PackinPapi website that was related to the movie, but I couldn't find anything related to Titan on there using the Wayback Machine...
