Which one of you wants to create a class action lawsuit against him and onlyfans? I personally feel this argument could go either way. Of course if an individual doesn't watch his YouTube channel but just discover him on onlyfans can potentially believe they are being "scammed" since there isnt any warning at all stating that the images arent going to be sexually driven. Of course with watching his YouTube channel you're aware from his disclaimer that his intentions aren't to be pornographic. However at the same time with the captions and how he flirtatiously brings up his OF it brings the impression that his content isnt going to be PG....with him of course being a social media influencer and having photos in his swimsuits or underwear already online for anyone's viewing its unclear what someone should actually expect if they subscribe.
