I don't think he has, he's been busy with local elections and had now been made leader of the Lib Dems in Liverpool so unlikely to get the shirtless content as much. That and he's been with his girlfriend for a while now, she may not appreciate people thirsting over him

What OF content creator? I didn't see any such account. Please be specific lol, I just had a quick glance and he doesn't seem to be following an inordinate number of gay men (compared to non gay guys or women anyway).

Well he and I would follow a lot of the same people if that were the case given we're both from the same area, but I can't see all that many gay accounts he follows. Many seem to follow him though (understandably)
